Do you feel the desire to start a new ministry at Saddleback Church?  We would love to help you build a ministry action plan for your new ministry by completing the following steps:

Step #1…Qualification:  Any new idea must meet the following qualifications for starting a new ministry:

1)     The ministry idea must be biblically sound

2)     The ministry idea must enhance the reputation of Saddleback Church

3)     The ministry idea must not raise funds

4)     The ministry idea must meet needs within the "Body" Of Saddleback Church

5)     The ministry idea must be transferable to other churches

6)     The ministry idea must be led by a leadership team

7)     The leader and the leadership team must attend Saddleback Church and have completed CLASS 401

Ministry - This page is dedicated to those who desire to start a new ministry within Saddleback Church that is focused on meeting needs with in the "body" of Saddleback Church.  

Fellowship - If you desire to start a "fellowship" or small group with a common focus please contact 609-8101. 

Outreach - If you desire to start a new "outreach" to non-believers please contact 609-8101.  If you desire to be part of the Global PEACE Plan please contact 609-8401. 

Support Group - If you desire to start a "support group" for people then please contact the Pastoral Care team at 609-8000.

Step #2…Information:  If you said “yes” to all of the above qualifications, please address the following questions in the form included at the bottom of this page:

          What is the purpose of the ministry?

          Who is the target for your ministry?

          What needs will your ministry meet?

          How will you meet these needs?

Step #3…Assimilation:  Once we receive your email we will contact you to meet and discuss your ministry idea.  Once the idea is approved by the pastoral staff, you will work with a representative of the ministry team to build your ministry action plan so your ministry can be assimilated into the church body.

Helpful Information:

Pray! Pray! And Pray!  Please spend time in prayer over this possible ministry idea.  If the Lord is behind it, He will make it happen in His time.

This process takes approximately 60 days to complete
