Chris Goulard – pastor of stewardship
Chris oversees any ministries, workshops, and curriculum that focus on biblical financial stewardship, such as the financial counseling ministry and Crown Financial Ministries Bible studies. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor of arts degree in economics and has received his CFP designation. Chris lives in Cote de Caza with his wife, Jenifer, and their two sons, Milton and Byron. In his spare time, Chris enjoys eating java chip ice cream.

Staci Ashby – team coordinator
Staci serves as the assistant to Pastor Buddy Owens and Pastor Chris Goulard. She is currently pursuing a degree in English from Cal State Fullerton. Prior to joining us, Staci spent five years working with students at St. Andrews in Newport Beach. Staci lives in Mission Viejo with her mom and spends her time laughing at her five nephews, her niece, and herself. She also loves USC football, kickboxing, and watching Jack Bauer save the world.

Kim Rihovsky – team associate
Kim coordinates various ministries, including on-campus evening Bible studies, seminars, C.L.A.S.S. 201, and seminary. She also serves as the team’s Volunteer Connector. She is a graduate of Pepperdine and earned her M.A. in Educational Leadership in Spring 2007. 

Jean Bushong – team receptionist
Jean is the team informant. She is the lovely voice that you will hear ringing throughout our office. Before coming to Saddleback, Jean worked for Unisys Corp. for 13 years. Jean lives in Mission Viejo and loves spending time with her two sons, Penn and Joel, as well as her three granddaughters. She loves to cut a rug any night of the week!
