Saddleback's internship provides a blueprint to develop not only a purpose-driven ministry, but also a purpose-driven life.

We do this by emphasizing four areas during your time of ministry with us:

We will EDUCATE you in how to build and lead a purpose-driven ministry;
We will EQUIP you to live a purpose-driven life;
We will EXERCISE and develop your ministry skills;
We will EMPOWER you to succeed in your future ministry.

We combine first-hand ministry opportunities with a purpose-filled curriculum, featuring seminars taught by a number of Saddleback Church staff. Our Student ministries internship program offers internships in Children's, Junior High, High School, College ministries
