SAN CLEMENTE REGIONAL CAMPUS

 

 Adult Small Group Coordinator - Part-time (20 hours per week)

This position is responsible to co-lead the adult small group ministries at Saddleback's San Clemente regional campus. Responsibilities include developing a Community Leader network by identifying, training and maintaining relationships with volunteer Community Leaders and overseeing the men's network.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be highly relational and have a desire to see people connected to small groups.

MEMBERSHIP TEAM

 

Membership Team Associate - Part Time (23 hours)

This position is responsible for data entry, correspondence, and general administration as it relates to membership application processing.  Along with literacy with MS Office products, this position also requires excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with potential members of Saddleback Church.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

 

Senior Software Developer - Full time

This position is responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing software programming applications.  Will also participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software. 

 

Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related area, at least 5 years of experience in the field, and fluent understanding of .NET C#, HTML and.  Should be comfortable with SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, web environments, and Software Development Life Cycle.  Familiarity with ecommerce, Microsoft CMS and financials a plus.

Team Associate Technology - Part time (20 hours per week)

This part time position is responsible for implementing and managing an asset tracking system for all IT-related assets.  Duties also include assisting in the purchasing of IT-related items and preparing accounts payable for the IT team.

 

We prefer a candidate who has excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills and a background in accounting, bookkeeping, or purchasing.  Knowledge of computer technology concepts and products is helpful.

Tech Support Specialist I - Part Time (weekend hours)

This part time position is responsible for providing computer technical support for all areas of the church campus, with an emphasis on the Ministry Center offices. Specific duties include the maintenance and support of check-in stations for volunteers around the campus, including children's buildings on the upper campus, and support for all other minor computer related issues of all of Saddleback Churches campus. Responsibilities also include maintenance and support of the point-of-sale computers,phone, cell phone and printer issues. 

 

We prefer a candidate who has experience with Active Directory, Cisco Phone systems and Microsoft applications. Training may be available for the right candidate.

MAGNIFICATION TEAM

 

Systems Engineer - Full time

This position is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all technical equipment as it relates to audio and video, as well as assistance with lighting.  Inventory, maintenance and equipment tracking systems will be put in place and maintained by this person.

 

The ideal candidate will have a solid work history in electrical maintenance and repair, ideally with an A/V company.  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead volunteers is essential.

OPERATIONS TEAM

Maintenance Team -  Full Time

One entry level position is available in the Maintenance Department of the Operations Team. Training will be provided for the right candidate. We are also seeking candidates with 3 years general maintenance experience.

 

Must be able to lift 50 lbs., follow oral and written instructions and maintain a positive attitude with a high degree of flexibility.

STEPPING STONES

 

Stepping Stones Leaders - Part time

 

Do you love being around children? Stepping Stones childcare program has morning and evening hours available in their childcare program for those who love working with children. Your child may be able to attend the program at no cost to you during your work hours. Times are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and Friday evenings.
