High School Ministry Opportunities:
#1 High School Small Groups
BIGGEST NEED: Weekly small group bible study leaders
We believe that LIFE CHANGE happens in small groups….High School Ministries (Ages 14-18) have a HUGE need for small group leaders. We are looking for men and women who LOVE God and have a desire to journey with students through the ups and downs of their faith. We need people who are excited to care about students and help them become rooted in God’s word. HS Small Groups…meet weekly on all different nights throughout the week. The groups meet in homes in the surrounding communities. 1 to 2 adult leaders will be teamed up with 10-12 same gender students ages 14-18. The groups meet each week for bible study and accountability. Our staff will train each new leader and equip you with the tools you need to succeed.
Expected Commitment: 2 ½ hours weekly & 4 Quarterly Leader Training/Connect meetings
#2 High School Weekend Service
BIGGEST NEED: Relational Ministers
Our ministry needs adults who are excited to connect with students each week. We believe that relationships are a key ingredient for life change…we need Godly leaders who want to build relationships and participate in a weekly church service with students. Choose one of our 3 services: Saturdays: 4:30 or 6:30pm Sunday mornings: 9:00am.
Expected Commitment: 1 ½ hours weekly & 3 Quarterly Leader Training/Connect meetings

BIGGEST NEED: Weekly small group bible study leaders
C-Groups (Connect Groups) meet weekly on Tuesday or Wednesday nights in homes throughout the surrounding communities. 2 adult leaders are teamed up with 8-10 same gender students ages 12-14. The groups meet each week for bible study, prayer, accountability, healthy relationship building, and experiential learning. Our staff will train each new leader and equip you with the tools you need to succeed.
Expected Commitment: 2 Hours Weekly & 3 Leader Connections throughout the year.
#2 Junior High Weekend Experience
BIGGEST NEED: Relational Ministers
Our ministry needs adults who are excited to connect with students each week. - BIGGEST NEED: Relational Ministers…Adults who are excited to connect with students each week. We believe that relationships are a key ingredient for life change…we need Godly leader who want to come and build relationships with our student each week.
- Be a greeter…Be a friendly face and help us create a warm atmosphere
- Connection Central…Assist in connecting first time students
- Work at our Information Booth…answering questions, taking registrations, getting information to students
- Floater…Roam the tent looking for disconnected students—connect them to each other
- Technology…Operate the Computer & Media shout for the service
- Graphic Design…Design game & announcement slides, design series slides
- Video Editing…Create & edit videos that enhance our service
- Prayer Team…Pray for our weekend service before it begins
- Set-up & Tear Down…Assist our team in set-up and clean-up
- Ministry Team Leader…Lead your own ministry team of students – help students get involved in a ministry
- Stage…Be on stage leading games, giving announcements, and more
- Behind the scenes…shopping & gathering supplies for the service
- Follow-Up…Follow-up on student prayer requests and student pastoral care needs
- Assist with PEACE awareness…Expose High school students to global, local, and personal PEACE.

The New Saturday Night Service Needs Help!
Junior High & High School ministries have some NEW service times! The two ministries are now meeting at 4:30 & 6:30 on Saturday night...and 9:00am on Sunday morning.
If you are interested in helping out at our new 4:30 Saturday Night Service we would love to have you! We need leaders who would like to do any of the following:
- like connecting with students
- would like to help behind the scenes
- like to shop
- like to be on stage
- can help students feel welcome
- can do graphics, media, shout, etc.
- can make a mean Frappaccino
- and more!
